They are trying really hard to have better financial situations however these teams still get good results.

That is something natural. Barcelona's current financial condition is better than before but they must still try to reduce spending to maintain stable finances and it seems that for this season they still want to focus on Xavi to reduce the salary burden and they prefer to find good players but their contracts are running out or with free agent status. They are trying really hard to have better financial situations however these teams still get good results.
