Maybe it too early for me to speculate this, but at the moment Bayer Leverkusen seems very ready to compete with Bayern Munich, but still Munich will still be the unbeatable giant of the Bundesliga.
At that time we dont know what will happen at the end of this season but in depth these two clubs will be the club that holds Bundesliga title and runner up here but overall Bayern Munich which still deserves to be the leader of the Bundesliga in terms of performance is very clearly different even though yesterday match ended in a draw but its not guarantee that Leverkusen will be able to replace Munich.
Unquestionably, Xabi Alonso has had a significant impact on Bayer Leverkusen, creating in the group a vital feeling of coherence and consistency. They have risen to the top of the Bundesliga standings thanks to their cohesion, and their recent game against Bayern Munich demonstrated their exceptional football ability. Due of Leverkusen continuous constancy and tenacity in this intensely contested league, Bayern Munich may have a hard task in winning the title. With Xabi Alonso at the helm Bayer Leverkusen appears to be in for an outstanding campaign and their recent results raise the possibility that they are about to make football history.

Right, at least Xabi Alonso has managed to make Bayer Leverkusen have a fairly stable performance from last season, and in this season Xabi Alonso is able to maintain that good trend for Bayer Leverkusen. So yes, I personally just want to recognize and appreciate the great work that Xabi Alonso has done for Bayer Leverkusen. But indeed, basically Bayer Leverkusen is also a great team, but before Xabi Alonso became the head coach of Bayer Leverkusen at least Bayer Leverkusen never had a stable performance like what happened in the Xabi Alonso era. Therefore, I personally also do not doubt Bayer Leverkusen in this season of course to be a tight competitor in the title race with Bayern Munich.

I can see because of the good performance from Xabi Alonso, he is now getting more famous and some teams are playing to hire this coach for the next season even if they are currently working with great coaches in their team.
For example, Real Madrid is still trying to find a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti because they know he is going to leave the team one day. But because of the performance we saw from Xabi Alonso, I don't think if Leverkusen let him leave anytime soon.
