Maybe they should stand with one coach and build unity for the long term like what Manchester City or Arsenal have done. of course, it is not easy to change a system or strategy every season because players will need to make adjustments again.

1. You replace the bad coach with a new coach that can give good or bad result for your team

Which is good? I guess if both were involving the risks for the club but i would prefer to change the coach instead of keep the bad coach in the club even longer. We have seen that many clubs were just changing their performance better after they have recruited the new coach.
