Bitcoin is a biggest cryptocurrency, has a biggest and safest blockchain so a professional user would choose Bitcoin as their first option for on chain transactions. If your team force users to swap Bitcoin to other cryptocurrencies, on less safe blockchains, you will lose part of users.

One suggestion, two more cryptocurrencies should be considered, Ethereum ERC20 and Dogecoin. Ethereum blockchain can be expensive for transactions but it is not reason to not list it on your platform. Dogecoin is favorite by many people and it is accepted on many casinos.
