Good will is simply... that, a good-will. It's taken after weighting several considerations, not who shouted the most or who own what. If you feel that you're treated unfairly, you're more than welcome to open your own thread with your supporting evidence, it'll be better as it'll be more focused on your situation, rather than having it here where the center of the topic is someone else's case. Asking OP to not close the topic [when his situation resolved] because yours is still not is... rather unfair, don't you agree?
It might be worth to mention that opening your own thread against FJ it doesn't necessarily mean FJ will instantly give you the same outcome.
