Joao Felix has always been a player with huge potentials; when on loan at Chelsea and playing at Atletico Madrid, he was not able to demonstrate his true expertise as a footballer. Now that he has an opportunity to do so, he is regaining the fan’s attention and love. I've always believed that if given the chance elsewhere, he can accomplish big things, and he's already proven at Barcelona that he's worth relying on.
Barcelona's decision to make him a permanent player is now dependent on their financial situation. I doubt they can afford the fee that Atletico Madrid will demand for this guy. He is worth it, but Barcelona has been having financial problems for some time now, which is not ideal for them because it limits their options.
