It seems to be something that used to happen in the early years of the forum and hasn't happened for years.

But on the other hand, am I the only one who sees a confession of ban evading in this thread?

If the OP was banned he was only allowed to create an account to exclusively appeal the ban, not to create this one, be using it on the forum normally for many years and now show up here saying he wants to get the banned account back.
