Update: I just got my full refund! 
I never though that I will still get my refund since I considered my BKB token long loss because of the failure of the casin. Honestly speaking, I never 100% trust that this refund is really true! I just give it a shot and got my refund.
For those who have BKB token, Just contact the email address provided on this thread. Betking is really refunding all the affected token holders.

I can say that you are still lucky because you didn't expect to get your balance there before, because you first accepted that there was no hope. But now, you yourself can't believe that you will get the refund from the casino. That's good news, and I congratulate you.
However, the other victims don't seem to have been brought back, if I'm not mistaken, right? But even so, damage is damage, and it is difficult for the casino to repair it and regain the trust that people have given to the casino. The only thing that can be done now is to move on.
