I don't think Casino that are physical allow smoking and drinking, it's always in their rule not to play to disturb others, imagine if there is asthma patient come around to play and have fun only to be disturbed by the smoke and collapse, it is going to be a big blow on the casino because such people can die inhaling any inflammable or txic susbstance, this same goes to women because of the way society view them, they always comes first and will be protected at all cost.
In todays tech where everything can be done remotely, I think women will be at peace playing at the comfort of their home playing than coming out physically, it doesn't just save them from been profile as a gambler but security wise, it protect them danger.
