In my opinion, it's actually the opposite because I don't mean to belittle Napoli, who won the Scudetto last season, but their opponent is Bologna, which can sometimes make the match more difficult than it should be. To be honest I'm pretty sure Napoli will win but in the back of my mind there are some signs of doubt regarding the result and although the double chance Draw/Napoli bet is still quite safe I wouldn't bet on this match. Maybe some of the factors you mentioned earlier could be one of the reasons for me not betting on this match, but despite all that I still hope Napoli can secure full points.
Napoli this season is quite doubtful, their new coach still hasn't been able to develop a good strategy for the team. In the previous season Napoli performance was very good, but Bologna managed to defend very well at home and ended in a draw result. This season, Bologna was also able to defend very well against Juventus previously, by considering the recent records of both teams, indeed that match will be a difficult match for Napoli to get full points.
The change in coach Luciano Spalletti and mainstay defender Kim Min Jae has had an impact on Napoli performance this season.

Rudi Garcia has not yet completely succeeded in finding a strategy that can bring Napoli to consistently achieve points, however, as a new coach, of course Rudi Garcia also needs a little time in the adaptation stage. Victory in the European Champions League group stage over Braga was an important asset to return to the next match in Serie A against Bologna. On paper, Osimhen and his friends can easily get three points, their meeting record still places Napoli as the favorite. So far Bologna has only been able to pick up one win in four matches, although they managed to hold Juventus to a draw, but I don't think this can be a benchmark. Napoli have good confidence now, the ambition to cut points with Inter at the top of the standings will be the right moment against Bologna.
