If I had 600 to spend to build my portfolio I would put 100 usd into each of these:
NEAR
IOTA
Q Blockchain
XRP
HBAR
0xMR
Not a bad list. But I'd consider looking for an alternative to IOTA, especially when it's not as popular as it used to be. The project is practically a "ghost" these days. We can thank the constant network outages for that. I haven't been "getting up to speed" with IOTA lately, but last time I've checked, developers were planning to remove the "coordinator" from the network to make it decentralized. If they already did that, then it's likely IOTA will make a comeback soon. The network is lightning-fast and dirt-cheap to use compared to other alternatives such as BNB, and ETH.
I've read somewhere that IOTA has added smart contracts. It could rival Hashgraph and even Ethereum itself if it gets the attention it deserves. In a highly-volatile crypto market, it's always important to keep track of the slightest movement to profit whenever possible. As long as the money is well-spent, there should be nothing to worry about. Who knows if the OP will double or triple his investment by the time crypto turns bullish again? Just my opinion
