Recruit famous social media influencers to promote your project. This is the fastest way to make it viral but it cost a lot since you need to pay expensive fees each video they created.
While I agree on this method because it really gets your project the targeted viewers that you need. Depending on how much engagement they get every video they make and the views that they get.
But for someone who's got enough budget then you may experiment on how it is going to be with such influencers that have wide audience. Although many audience now are wise and intelligent and upon seeing that video being sponsored by your project will make them think it is shilling them.
