Juventus failed to catch up with Inter Milan and AC Milan who are currently ranked 1st and 2nd in the Serie A standings, even though Juventus dominates the game in terms of ball possession, but that's not enough to beat Sassuolo, because Sassuolo has the advantage in attack. Sassuolo even managed to increase their lead in injury time because of Federico Gatti's own goal. With the results of this match, Juventus is in 4th position in the standings and has the potential to be overtaken by Napoli who will face Bologna.
It is very unfortunate that Juventus failed to win the match, they missed the chance to maintain their position in the top 3 of Serie A standings. I don't know what's wrong with Juventus, they actually have a better squad. Sassuolo is only an average team, Juventus basically is superior against them. I think it is about the mentality of the players and the wrong tactic selected by Allegri. Juventus should play more aggressively in this match.
