Many people complaining about AC Milan and their coach Stefano Pioli because of the results they got recently and especially because of losing the game against Inter Milan a few days ago.
But Marco Tardelli the Italian legend started defending Stefano Pioli and he said Pioli is not alone and the players also made some mistakes, also he said Pioli made a mistake in letting other people (Ibrahimović) make a gap between him and the fans to put Pioli under pressure.
A manager is not solely responsible for a team's defeat. Considering the opponent, if the players cannot play the strategy that the manager asked the players to play on the field, then the manager has nothing to do. The manager can give you direction from outside the field but the manager cannot play on the field, the players have to play on the field. AC Milan fans can complain about his tactics. If he can't do the right strategy then it's okay to complain about him but if he is criticized for losing the match after using the right strategy then it's nothing but boredom of the fans.
Personally I think Stefano Pioli is an experienced enough manager and I think he can be tactical enough but if the management doesn't like his tactics they have to think of alternatives.
