Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.
Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?

Quit working , because of your workload you cannot perform proper healthy living , sometimes there is a need to sacrifice
or find other job that will not compromise your health.
because what is the sense of working if you cannot have a healthy living?
The best tip that i can give is: never work in your bed and work later than make exercise (never on the contrary).

take off your work when its bed time, because that will give you more time to sleep and have small time to eercise .
