Indeed, the latest setback against Inter Milan hurts, and there's no shortage of criticism. Not to be forgotten, though, Pioli has led the squad to significant victories over his four seasons in charge. I concur with Marco Tardelli that Pioli is not the only person who must deal with a single setback. The participants also bear some of the blame. It's simple to place all the responsibility on one person, yet football is a team sport where everyone contributes to both triumphs and losses. Everyone has bad days, Pioli and AC Milan included, but I think they can recover and take the applause and criticism in their stride
