That's what fans should think about, after all, no matter how good a player must have made a mistake in the match he played and 2 missed penalties in one match is a little difficult to accept but fans must also realize that the match is not only 1 because it is precisely with criticism like this that makes a player's mentality especially young players down.
I think this can be a motivation or a blow to Balogun. When Balogun takes this as a positive thing then I'm sure he will develop better and have a strong mentality but otherwise if this is taken as a blow and he can't get up from the slump due to the criticism received then this will further worsen his performance on the field because his mentality is disturbed.
He's on a right part and in a team that would help mould him into a better player in the near future and I believe he'll learn from his errors, I just hope he sees the criticism as a form of motivation and not allow it affect his performance negatively, Balogun is still a young player and has a lot to learn and i believe he'll do better, I just hope the fans trust the process and put him on a watch list to see how outstanding he'll be for the team this season.
Criticism can be very bad on players especially youngsters trying to impress the fans and make errors if can affected their performance on the pitch and also reduce their confidence level, therefore fans should be able to be patient with these players, especially when they've been good in the past and make very little errors presently so as not to affect them mentally and reduce their performance which would also affect the team in return.
