With this defeat I think the Chelsea management are starting to think about Pochettino's future. I think his arrival will bring new strength to Chelsea's young players. This defeat certainly adds to Pochettino's bad record with 3 defeats. Gusto's red card also made the match worse. Coupled with the blunder made by Tiago Silva.
