@eXch.cc is it possible that some IP addresses are banned by eXch exchange or it could be something browser related?
Some people told me that they can't access eXch website with clearnet domain, and they receive message like this in Chrome browser:
This page isn’t workingexch.cx didn’t send any data.

About Affiliate program, how to divide it?. because when registering the exchange didn't ask bitcoin address to receive preofit.
