That kind of determination is due to being addicted. It's no longer in the right mind when deciding to that kind of decisions, for sure, it will worsen the situation if the person will continue to please his addiction.

There's always a bad side effect for being an addicted gambler, aside from losing lots of money. There's also
chances that being out of control of the situation, they will do things that they will going to regret after
to the point that they will end up doing illegal and be in jail or being beggars and continue living outside.

Always losing control is why they cannot prevent themselves from continuing to gamble and one of the consequences of this behavior is not only becoming addicted or losing money but also if the gambler is too crazy about gambling he will lose his family because a family does not want to have family members who has a very serious gambling addiction and I once found an addict like this in my city when he was gambling online I asked him where he came from and he answered which surprised me that he came from far from my city and he chose to leave because his family had kicked him out because he often stole money to gamble.
Maybe this is one of the craziness of gambling addicts and I think several people have also told stories like this.
Only those who have ideas can understand how destructive a person can be when addicted to gambling. I am also aware of the many gamblers who resort to theft and extortion to manage their gambling money. But not all gamblers do this. This happens to some addicted gamblers who do not have family support. There are families who, if they can identify a family member as an addicted gambler, scorn those gamblers. They think that the gambler is a kind of virus for the family. As a result, they never want to simply accept those gamblers as family members.
