If being on DT needs inclusion, then any of them having said member on their list are responsible for his actions*.
If they don't care about him bullying others, they also should not be trusted, who would want to trust such individuals anyways? If you have no moral principles then you can't be trusted with anything.
I remember in 2018, Vod and Ognasty tagged me for calling them out, but later realized their tags were retaliatory, so they removed them, that's called moral principle, whether it was out of fear of losing their credibility or just knew it wasn't right, both of which shows a level of moral standards.
