I don't think there is any reason for Harry Kane to worry about winning the Ballon d'Or now because if he can perform with the team he has joined now then he can definitely win the Ballon d'or. Bayern Munich players including Harry Kane are in good form at the moment so based on the team performance we can definitely expect some good results from Bayern Munich in the Champions League this season.
Bayern Munich is already one of most successful clubs in Europe and currently still are amongst strongest clubs so Kane made a good choice to be a player of the German club. He is no longer responsible for many tasks like in Tottenham but can receive better support from his team mates. No doubt about better quality of Bayern Munich players and strength of their squad in general. Team mates support Kane with key passes and he can provide them good passes or assists with his great vision and good, accurate passing skills.
If Munich can make it to the semi-finals or final of the Champions League, Harry Kane will contribute so much that he will surely be nominated for the Ballon d'Or next season.

Such a striker actually needs big titles and he left Tottenham, abandoned chance to be a best scorer in Premier League history, to join Bayern just aiming at big titles like Champions League then Ballon d'Or but I think he is not mind too much about personal award.
You’re probably right about Napoli. They’re not having the performance they would have hoped. But I did think they played rather well in their game against Braga despite the fact that their second goal which gave them the win was an own goal. They had some good chances but failed to produce goals.
Napoli will have more careful preparation of opponents against them because they are no longer an underdog like the last season. They can go to round of 16 but going farther will be very difficult. They need to play better than the past season, that I doubt they can do it, and a lot of luckiness. An underdog can make surprise when big clubs are careless but with current position of Napoli, none of big clubs will play against Napoli with careless attitude because Napoli is currently Serie A Champions.
