It's funny, but I don't see a single phishing site similar to Mixy. I guess this is not very good news (in the sense that it just means that Mixy does not seem to be very popular among mixers, so it is probably not profitable for scammers to engage in phishing). Although maybe I'm wrong.

Bad people who want to run phishing sites don't make considerable inputs for their phishing efforts. Copying a website UI, making a domain or even creating a customized Onion domain are not big inputs from them.
It is not true to say they will get profit or no profit. Very limited inputs for phishing and some victims are enough to make they are profitable. I guess they don't spend more than a few hundred of dollar for phishing inputs.
