It's nice to see so many posts touching on responsibility and discretion with gambling. I think a lot of people will start to feel convicted and hopefully realize that they need to get on the right track. I personally have always tried to refrain from any gambling in casinos or games or anything like that. The most I really ever do is gamble a specified some at the beginning of a fantasy football season.
Because responsibility and wisdom in gambling can have a big influence on the results we get and no matter how much we win if there is no sense of responsibility then everything is in vain or lost in an instant as well as losses when we can be more responsible we will be able to stop or at least limit our finances so that didn't experience anything worse.
Not everyone is able to have a sense of responsibility and be wise in gambling but we here as much as possible will always remind other members to be responsible for every choice when gambling.
I agree with you. Gambling is not a game for everyone. There are people who easily lose control of themselves and can easily lose money. The worst thing a player can do is start playing with money that cannot be lost or not their own money but someone else’s. I am generally silent about taking out loans or selling real estate, cars, valuables.
Gambling is an activity that carries a lot of risk and can cost large amounts of money in just a short time so as much as possible before deciding to gamble everyone must learn to accept defeat or accept all the risks they might experience.
And this inability to accept defeat can trigger thoughts of borrowing money or selling valuables so that can keep betting and perhaps catch up on the losses have experienced.
Gambling should be a way of entertainment, distraction and pleasure, but not a way of earning money
That is if the gambler is a professional gambler and has a great sense of responsibility for gambling but most gamblers come to get a certain amount of profit.
