Chelsea have since struggled to adapt with the huge changes to personnel and pochettino has not been able to galvanize the squad that was already on a freefall having work under Thomas tuchel, Graham potter and frank Lampard last season and also with the sweeping changes on the front of transfer I think Chelsea are still coming to terms with pochettinos method which notoriously demanding and require high fitness
There is nothing to be proud of about Pochettino's work, he succeeded in turning Chelsea into a mediocre team that became a point source for the opposing team. Todd Boehly has high hopes this season, he has spent huge amounts of money to bring in players. After carrying out major changes in the team, Chelsea was even more devastated at the hands of Pochettino. Various efforts have been made to improve Chelsea performance, but expectations have turned against reality. Chelsea needs to be handled by a coach who is more competent in understanding the character of the players. I think Pochettino should be fired immediately to save Chelsea from the brink of collapse.
