This situation is very odd and from what I have gathered from your post here, we owe you an apology. This is not by any means a standard response our CS should give. I have to look into the matter as this is the first I am hearing about it. If everything you posted, including the screenshots are real then I assure you that we will make this right. Hello, we are now 12 days further since you said this.....I thought you were taking my complaint seriously but I'm starting to doubt it now. Why does it take you so long to solve this case? Just credit me back the 88mbtc funds and then it's closed. If you keep ignoring this thread for much longer I will have to start a flag against BC.game. This is rediculous.
