I don't really understand the intent and purpose of the post, but it is quite demeaning to Chelsea, and maybe the owner of the food outlet is a Chelsea fan to show his annoyance, he made a mocking post because he was annoyed. It's just basic trolling or normal football bants you'd often come across on X formerly known as Twitter, so It's literally not a big deal to be honest. It's a day to day stuff of X, and for clarification purpose, that tweet is more than a year old, I guess someone just edited the edited screenshot, most likely the account that posted the screenshot did.
