Mauricio Pochettino isn't a magician rather he's a professional football manager and that's why he needs some time to find the best playing pattern for his club Chelsea.
That being said, the results of Chelsea since the start of the season has been poor especially when considering the number of quality players that was signed to the club in the summer transfer window. Though the club has been hit with injury to some very important members of the squad like the captain Reece James and their striker Christopher Nkunku but I think they still could have done better.
He better act fast because time is not by his side and the fans are not patient enough to watch him lead them to the relegation zone atleast they've spent a lot of money to develop the team this season and theirs nothing to show for it, it's so embarrassing cause Chelsea fans are not bold enough to talk about their team about other fans they're always very quite and view their matches with anger in their faces,Pouchettino is not a magician but he has to think of a better tactics that would help the team start winning matches, that's what a good manager does.
For instance Tottenham had a very bad record under Conte last season but Ange Postecoglou came into the team and didn't spend up to half of what Chelsea spent for transfer this summer and even lost their star player to Bayern Munich but they're currently performing very well, he's not a magician but he's done the unexpected and that's what the Chelsea fans need from Pochettino cause that's why he was signed.
