Today's match is going to be a tough one for Chelsea against Brighton because Brighton seems to be very inform this season as of there last seven matches they have won five which is a good start, but there match between Manchester United was the one that got me surprise because I never believe Brighton will draw the match let alone win Manchester United 3:1, so putting there performance they had against Manchester United to Chelsea match today is going to be tough on Chelsea and also Chelsea cannot afford to lose this match after what happened to them against Aston Villa, they will try as much as possible to either win or draw.
There is almost no possibility whatsoever when a team that is in a slump like Chelsea has to play against a team that is very consistent and strong at the start of this season like Brighton, so it is clear that Chelsea will be very under pressure in this match while Brighton just needs to maintain their positive trend.
Sure Pochettino should be giving more chance to get more use to the team, perhaps he is yet to understand the concept and patterns that propells Chelsea performance in times of playing, almost every coaches may likely find it difficult or challenging copping or understanding the players as a first timer coming to coach the club so poor performance of the club is actually expected but with time him will set the team on were they are supposed to be, although Pochettino is really under a huge pressure with the low performance of the club and losing matches from small clubs which they are supposed to win.
However, Pochettino cannot be completely blamed, maybe Pochettino needs to adapt to the Chelsea players because in the current Chelsea team everything is occupied by new people, new management, new players and a new coach and almost all the players in the current Chelsea squad are management's choice. The team is not from Pochettino, so in my opinion it is natural that up to now Pochettino's tactics cannot be carried out well by the players.
