Everyone goes through stress related to money after all over the past few years millions of people have faced financial difficulties due to various problems around the world, including epidemics and wars. Since life is unpredictable, a monthly budget check up is critical to improving your financial health. Set aside some time to schedule organize and cancel all payments from your bank account to regain control of your finances. The more control you have the less stressed you will be if your money worries you're probably sure that increasing your income can help you deal with financial stress and prepare a budget create an emergency fund.

Everyone had to deal with these issues during the COVID, and some nations are still having problems due to a lack of agricultural or food products. Nigeria is the first example of a nation where prices rise daily, and I don't believe that any Nigerian product prices have decreased since the COVID began. The cost of fuel, which is the most crucial resource in every nation because without it, transportation from one location to another will come to a complete stop, is what is causing prices to continually rise. As a result, you cannot have a small budget and expect to meet all of your needs.

I sometimes wonder why things change and that when they do, it's for the worse, not for the better that will make everyone happy. Even having a good flat is all about money, and it's quite expensive. Since I don't really understand why things keep getting worse and we all know that we are not equal because some poor people will be suffering right now, I want to know why things constantly seem to become worse whenever a new government comes into power.

I see your point. I see the struggle. Haven't these times been unyielding? That's how I feel, too. Pandemic-induced economic instability has hurt everyone, mostly Nigeria and other nations with serious economic issues. The constant price increase bothers me. I wanted to contribute something. Following global economic trends, I see potential in Bitcoin and other digital currencies. It's no panacea, but it can help stabilise finances. Transactions are more direct and efficient without middlemen
