Almost everyone would agree that Man United and Chelsea started the campaign badly, and so far United is slightly better than Chelsea. I think the performance of these two clubs will improve in the second half of the season, but I am not sure that The Red Devils and The Blues can finish in the Champions League zone. Factors involving player injuries and the slow adaptation process have meant that Ten Hag and Pochettino's squad has not consistently won. I think Liverpool is more promising than Arsenal, after seeing their performance in the past six weeks.
Pochettino said that victory against Brighton would be a turning point for them to continue this positive trend. However, the problem is that if you look at the match statistics, you can see that Brighton dominated with more than 60% of ball possession. I'm not discussing United because I think everyone agrees at the moment Chelsea are worse than United. In fact I can say that United will at least be able to qualify for the UEFA cup but I don't see Chelsea being able to be in the top 7 this season.
