If the players are confident then maybe we will see better performances from Chelsea players in the coming matches. However, the bond between Chelsea players is not strong. This is the reason why despite having a lot of talented players in the team, their performance is poor. It will be challenging for Chelsea to get full points in the away match against Fulham.
To win a match you don't have to dominate it, but you have to take advantage of every opportunity and create as many chances as possible. Chelsea took advantage of their opportunities well despite creating 4 good chances throughout the match. Actually, just 1 goal was enough to make them win the match, but there were still many shortcomings.

This was a completely unexpected thing for me, but it doesn't seem like Manchester City are really pushing for this competition from the way Pep Guardiola has set up his line-up. One of these 4 teams is the favorite to win the title, unless Newcastle is able to beat Manchester United.
