Chelsea won against big teams like Brighton. Chelsea secured a narrow 1-0 win. Even though Chelsea won this match, I don't think their performance improved much. Chelsea's performance is still quite weak. Even in this match, Chelsea could not dominate the match. However, a win against Brighton will probably boost the confidence of the Chelsea players. If the players are confident then maybe we will see better performances from Chelsea players in the coming matches. However, the bond between Chelsea players is not strong. This is the reason why despite having a lot of talented players in the team, their performance is poor. It will be challenging for Chelsea to get full points in the away match against Fulham.
I agree, a win is surely going to give them good confident for the future as they were not good in their last few games but now win against Brighton is surely good with mostly match was controlled by Brighton, but they were not able to score any goal and Chelsea having a goal in second half which give them most wanted win for the change of fortune one more than is also right as players having not good bound for the win which is needed in big games.
Having good coach and high-priced players are currently worthing nothing because their strategy is not giving them positive results but with this win things can take good change now they are going to visit Craven Cottage for the derby game which is also important because in case of win they could be in better conditions for the rest of the season.
