Napoli themselves have actually clarified that they did not intend to offend Osimhen with the video upload made by the official account, but it seems like things like this are too late because if you see now Osimhen has also deleted all forms of posts that smell Napoli on his social media.
This is getting heated but can still be discussed as long as Napoli are aware of their mistakes but on the other hand this can also be difficult if there is no meeting point for this problem.
Apart from that, it seems that their professionalism is also still quite strong because despite this internal conflict, Osimhen still started for Napoli and managed to score 1 goal for their landslide victory in week 6 of the domestic competition.

The feud between Osimehn and the club should not suppose to be brought to the playing ground more or less in the match. It is an internal crisis between him and his team and not with other players. I see no reason that he won’t be started alongside other players as usual, or won’t perform well in the pitch because of the post that was supposedly referred to as joke. Such happens but people react to it differently. This is not a big deal that I feel cannot be solved by the team with the player.
In this match, it is Newcastle who must study PSG's weaknesses if they want full points. Eddie Howe has quite a tough task, to bring his team to overthrow the Ligue 1 giants. Even though PSG's front line is not as sharp as when there was the MNM trio, however, there is still Mbappe, and several other players who also have good talent. If the result is a draw again, of course it will be a difficult problem for Newcastle. So like it or not, they have to win the match. Thus, Newcastle has a chance to qualify for Group F.
How surprising you still have a lot of hope on Newcastle to make it out of the group stage amidst the strong teams that are present in that group. Newcastle studying PSG’s weakness will be a bonus for them to utilize in prevailing in this match against PSG. Against all odds, PSG is the better team to win this match while Newcastle are just the inferior here that maybe won’t be opportune to win that match. My prediction lies with the fact that PSG have more experience than Newcastle in this league and they’ll want to show that expertise on them when they meet. If Newcastle cannot withstand the pressure from PSG, they’ll easily be won, that’s a more reason why Newcastle have to take advantage of their weakness or lapses to score goals.
