I believe that you might have turned $100 into $180 with the help of leveraging on futures trading as it's not easy to do that on spot because earning $80 from $100 in two days is a difficult task and I believe that you were lucky to earn that much. But, if you have earned that using spot then in that case you might have traded Bitcoin against another altcoin most probably a pump and dump one, and that my friend is a very risky thing because those pump and dump coins are very unpredictive and they can ruin someone's portfolio easily.
