Chelsea's chances of winning will indeed be greater, but we know how the Chelsea squad's performance currently tends to be unstable. Pochettino must be very aware of his team's current performance. he is still having difficulty changing Chelsea for the better. he may need time, or perhaps until fans' patience will run out when no change is shown.
but I think the result could be bad for Chelsea, or the best possibility is a draw.
The bookies favors Chelsea to win the match and if you check their past 5 matches you'll see that Chelsea have been more dominant and have won about 3 out of 5 with Fulham winning just 1, but with the current performance of Chelsea i doubt if they'll be able to defeat Fulham away from home, even though the had managed to win Brighton in the EFL tournament because Brighton are not a team to be underestimated.
But i agree with you when you mentioned that the best possibility is a draw, Chelsea would dominate the game as usual but would find it difficult to get a goal due to lack of a good finisher and even though they managed to score a goal, Fulham would reply, or the game could probably end with a goalless draw, Fulham are playing at home which gives them more advantage over Chelsea.
