Yes , worst try to bump the thread. Usually meme projects are advertised in such way in other social pages and projects manage contest for shilling. The OP of this thread also doing same method but it will not work here in this forum.
And yeah, you should reports those oneliners and they will be deleted and accounts probably nuked as well.
What should be treated with these accounts If owner not delete these accounts. I found one another thread where you will see more account then this with suspicious behavior.?
