I can say especially one thing about PSG now. They had better get used to playing efficiently as a team during this season. Because it seems like this is the only way they can stay strong when Mbappe leaves the team at the end of the season. 
I don't like to talk about this kind of topics very confidently of course.
However I have a feeling that PSG won't be able to convince him to stay even until 2025. Above all else with what are they planning to convince him?
Money? I don't think so. Real Madrid or another rich team can offer whatever PSG offer him. Success? The only way to convince him like this is to win the Champions League title this season I think.
I also wanted Mbappe to leave the team then because of the incidents that happened, and with many offers from Saudi Arabia and Real Madrid, I think they just leave him in the team because they have no option but to leave him and give him some contract extension if they really want to recover all the money they spent on him. But notwithstanding, PSG could have suffered without Mbappe because they didn't have an adequate plan for him leaving and with the number of players that leave the team during the transfer season. I am very sure PSG will sell Mbappe at the end of this season because we can clearly see that the player is willing to leave the club, and keeping him will be a problem for them. Therefore, they should let him go at the end of this season so that team can not depend on him.
