He won't as the majority here knows that it's going to be very difficult for crypto based casinos to offer it as they know the risk involved, specially those cruelty animals group. And to the country that he mentioned, it's part of their culture though, so hard for the government to crack it down although they might have been doing it for the last couple of years or decades maybe.
So the answer will be there are no casino that offer cockfighting. And if you are looking then the best thing to do is to go and travel to this countries and then see how he could bet with their local fiat money. But there are still risk as it will be stand out as a foreigner.
I have not seen any crypto based casino where it is possible to operate any such casino games. The main purpose of the casino is to do business. If they intend to conduct such an event then of course there will be more potential for them to lose. Because a casino must spend a lot of time to run such games which will definitely not be profitable. These games are limited to certain countries which is why they are not supported globally. Moreover, many people will not accept it because of the possibility of harming. I have seen Cockfight but I have not seen any such artificial event.
