Advantages of using a hardware wallet in my opinion I see no reason why you decided to create another Thread regarding same issue. If I'm guessing correctly, you are spamming the forum with such post or acts. It would be advisable to add this to your previous thread. And consider locking this one.

I don't think using a hardware wallet is time-consuming. Once you set up your hardware wallet it won't take too much time to authenticate any transaction you made from the wallet software.
The only disadvantage I could see for some hardware wallets like Ledger Nano and Trezor is the hardware issue like LCD issue I heard that some people experience this issue if you don't usually use the hardware wallet from time to time.
