What ever happened to this project?

Did they ever end up releasing a "decentralized internet"?

It's been about 10 years now since the project started -- over 4 years since the last post in this thread.

Am interested in learning what became of it. Internet and cryptocurrency technology has changed several times over since this thread was opened, around the same time I joined the forum.
