This looks shopped, no way a tattoo artist would do that to a child. Interesting that mom had stars around her ariola.
Of course that is shopped. Even if you find someone to do thr tatoos, they take time to heal. I the meantime the kid grows and the skin stretches.
The picture is meant to be a methaphor. I have kids myself and I do understand what this is hinting at, but I dont see it. Kids like their fair share of crap, same as we did when we where young. Esp. the little kids dont care if they get nike or adidas or whatever. They want colorful shoes thats all.
