Yes you are right that mate cause once a man or a woman involve in gambling and they don't have responsibility the there's a chance that they will get into addiction cause we all know once they played and win a good amount they will bet again and again. But those people who has responsibility and self control then after spending their money neither win or loss then. They will stop Ang come again nextime.
That happens if they don't have responsibility because they can easily become addicted to gambling. This will happen to both men and women, and when it happens, they will only think about gambling non-stop, and if they have money, they will continue to gamble.
