You mean that i use TOR to open this exch.cx and convert my USDT to XMR and then again convert XMR to USDT (to a new address)?

Also, i check that EXCH.CX does not have USDT trc20 ?

Sideshift.ai, FixedFloat.com and SimpleSwap.io all support Tron version of USDT as well as Monero. I've used them all without KYC but if you read their terms of service they all mention the possibility of denying your exchange if you are suspected of criminal activity.
