quite contrary with many beliefs i think the halving will have little impact, the rumour will have many impact but it will become the marks of accumulation by many where it will go slowly increasing from there and then finally make some massive increase along the way when suddenly all the market become bullish, it has always been like that seeing from the chart thats the most recent bullrun but in the past halving does indeed bring many changes I guess its still uncertain.
