This is the worst scam ever, taking advantage of your popularity to manipulate your followers, though I don't only blame the celebrities or streamers as the people doesn't do their own research first and impulsively do gambling. That's actually brain dead to think of when you consider yourself as a die hard fan by just spending all your money on their promoted gambling advertisement. They just focus on the profits as they do some not legit winning prize to bait more people. Though not all the streamers are like that, but mostly we have seen in the internet are just aiming for their own profits. Don't consider gambling as a money sources but like a one time chances to change your life cause maybe luck would be sided to you one day.
Yep, this is a messed up situation. The whole thing with celebrities and streamers using their influence to promote gambling... it's a bit much. You're correct, it's not solely their fault. It is important for people to perform due diligence before making rash gambling decisions simply because their favourite celebrity approves of them
Here's where things get complicated, though. Individuals tend to lose sight of the fact that gambling is still gambling at the end of the day when they become engrossed in the glitz and glamour. The house always wins. What exactly are people chasing, anyway? The rush? The dollars? It's easy to go down this slippery slope before you ever realise it

Although not every streamer is trying to scam you, it's still a good idea to proceed with caution. As you mentioned, gambling should not be considered a reliable source of revenue. Playing this game of chance has no set rules; you can win or lose. Everything depends on the draw's luck
