I actually believed, and to this day still do, that the delays always came when the market was the "most unstable", and that they purposelly held onto the funds to "pay less BTC for the same $". So if it was something premeditated, not really "an issue"
Nah, that's still a bullshit thing to do because there are other casinos that are paying their players fairly rain or shine, it's not an excuse even if it's a plausible reason to keep your business afloat. If the market is unstable, that would also mean that they're going to be paid in fluctuating prices so that excuse isn't really a good hill to die on.
