The issues most people have is that they don’t know when to stop. I have numerously seen people win a lot of money and still lose everything the same moment. I think setting a winning limit is very crucial. However, you mustn’t reach that limit to be content. So in case you’re reading this, my advice is that if you set a winning limit of let’s say $100, it’s okay to stop at $80.

You should also consider that gambling is full of fun, as long as some people were having money on their casino wallet they can't stop gambling till everything got exhausted, so we should maybe start by dealing with the things that creates avenue for an addiction first and reduce the rate we often spend time on while gambling, we can also get determined of doing other things that could always keep us busy aside gambling.
People the considers fun in gambling beyond winning or making money from gambling setting of a winning limit by this category of fun-filled gamblers is  just a waste of time cause they aren't playing to win money basically but for fun and as they get lucky to have a win it's only increases their chances and time of gambling more and what can end their urge for the day is an emptied account.

Having other crucial engagements or activities can be a diversionary measure to limit excessive time spending at the casino or online gambling, for it has been argued that most gambling addicts were gamblers that had no other crucial engagements/activities to occupied them with except for the gambling they usual indulge in.
