Federal government do not use NYSC member to joke. Slap one if them and let him just report you in a police station, you will know what I am talking about. Police will try their best to investigate but they can not find answers to all. In United States, 2 Pac was killed many years ago, but who killed him has not been known until recently that Duane "Keffe D" Davis was alleged to be the one. There are many unknown tdeath in developed countries that no one know what actually happened, some many later been known after many years gone.
If nah to call on them to serve their contri when election reach them go call on them and these our brodas and sistas go answer the call.
It is not mandatory but voluntary and they are paid for the job. NYSC members do pray for their servicble year to be during election.
