You are right, I personally know or knew the year when they came and announced that 1xbit was then being managed by some new people, and that they are ready to settle every body that was confirmed to have lost money unjustly to 1xbit, unfortunately, many gamblers actually believed them, thinking that indeed, the new management was up to doing some good and rewriting some of the wrongs done by the previous management, but little did they know that all this was just a marketing tactics, to lure new gamblers, and also gain the trust of old players back.

I personally would say that, there was never any new management that took over 1xbit, it was all the same group of persons who came and claimed that new management have taken over 1xbit, just so that they can continue wit their evil mission, but I am personally glad that it didn't last long before gamblers began to notice that all the claim was nothing but a sham.
